Refund policy
At Carbospin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
• The item must not be listed under our non-returnable items below
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
• Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
• Opened personal care or hygiene products
No Exchanges
Please note: Carbospin does not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order separately.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
• Contact us at s655365050@gmail.com or 417-594-2246 within 30 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number, name, and reason for return
• Wait for our team to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
• Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided in the RMA
Do not return items without first receiving an RMA from our team, as returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at s655365050@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
