Shipping
Yes! All orders ship free via express delivery — no minimum order required and no surprise fees at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to every order.
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then transit typically takes 3–5 business days within the USA. You can expect your order to arrive within 4–7 business days from when you place it.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT, UTC−7) on a business day are processed that same day. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
We currently ship within the United States only. We're actively working on expanding to additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey in real time.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a free 30 business-day return window on all items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 business days of delivery and we'll guide you through the return process at no cost to you.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.
Yes — return shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid return label so there's no cost to you when returning an item.
Items should be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging where possible. If an item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we'll make it right regardless of condition.

We're sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us at s655365050@gmail.com with your order number and images. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
First, check your tracking link from your shipping confirmation email. If the expected delivery date has passed and your package shows no movement, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Each product listing includes applicable warranty information. For warranty claims outside our 30-day return window, we're happy to help facilitate the process with the manufacturer.
