Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (including all 50 states). We plan to expand to international destinations in the future.

Shipping Method

We offer free Express Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. We do not currently offer expedited paid upgrades as our standard service is already express.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT-7) will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Transit / Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days. Combined with processing time, total delivery time is typically 4–7 business days from the date of order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to:

        High order volume during peak seasons

        Severe weather conditions

        Carrier delays

        Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Carbospin is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking down your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at s655365050@gmail.com or 417-594-2246. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Carbospin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at s655365050@gmail.com — we will try to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
